Travel and accommodation
The direct flight to Shanghai with taxi or train to Hangzhou is usually the fastest for international travelers. Hangzhou airport is more convenient only if it does not lead to additional change of planes.
We have prebooked rooms at the Shama Hotel and the Licheng Donggu Hotel which you may sign up for during registration. Please kindly note that participants will still pay for their rooms themselves (see below, however).
Funding Support
We have some available funding to cover hotel costs, especially for more junior participants. If you would like to apply for such support, please indicate so during the registration and also provide a short description of your background to help us distribute the funds.
